Terrible App - annoy create account

I would give it a rating if I could create an account! I’ve tried several times, entering all requested information to become a registered member, and clicked sign up. It just returns to the account creation page with no error message. Fix this please! I use many hotel apps when I travel (so I know how to use my phone and hotel apps) and so far this is the worst experience.

Tried to book on this app. Looked stunning but it’s just looks stunning and the experienced a disastrous, I can say it’s worst and not trustworthy. I paid twice but did received confirmed itinerary, called customer service and advised to pay again. What the hell. Have to wait 7 Days to get refund????!!! Don’t use this app rather use a website.

I have downloaded numerous travel apps and this has to be worst. Slow, impossible to navigate, redundant information... and not suitable for the most basic functions like checking in for a flight in an easy manner. Awful, just awful.

Horrible app, reserving the flights and seats is okay but you can’t get to the payment page, and this is supposedly improved with less bugs!! 🤦🏽‍♂️
