Worthless!!!!

I’m regretting buying the watch that just will not sync with the phone no matter what. The can’t trust the HR it gives me, here is an example: while battery charging, I checked my HR on my phone ( manual test) it came back with 89 and I’m not even wearing the watch... can’t believe it.
For 2 weeks now, I sent 3 feedback inquiries to Customer service with derailed problems, and guess what? No response, etch does it’s own thing separate from app.
I wouldn’t have paid $1.00 for this piece of crap. Do yourself a favor and return the watch for full refund and post your review, so others can be aware!

Really disappointed

Maybe the app is good in Chinese. The English translation is terrible, but I could live with that. The real problem is that it just does not work with my M2 device. Sync does not happens all the time. The step count is totally inaccurate. I just can’t trust in the data I see in the app (when it syncs)
I am not sure if app upgrades and firmware upgrades would change the functionality.

No 12-hour display option. Undesirable Ranking app feature. Blood pressure reading is reversed? Poor use of English language. Sorry but customers expect better from digital devices. This product should have never gone into production.
