Poor service

I was planning to leave UAE at the beginning of October, so I requested to cancel the app account 10 days in advance(staff said it takes up to 7 working days). Nobody contacted me within this time frame and I was not able to pay the app payments as postpaid bills will be shown next month only. As well I was told several times I won’t be charged for October. Oh, and because I already left the country I wasn’t able to pay the app dues(they don’t accept foreign cards, and again I had no idea). As a result I have still pending dues for October(remember what was I told? And physically I was out of the country) and the app account is still not canceled.

Very bad customer service

I went to your main branch at Deira to change the app number under the app company name but suddenly the staff and the manager in charge were unaware of the procedures.
For a whole month I go to the branch to finish the proceedings and so far I have not been able to do so because of ignorance and the company's failed system
You are a company that does not respect customers and your customer service system deals with the customer in a very bad way.
All the regret that I have dealt with you and it is time to change to another company respects the customer and help him

I need some help

I first had a problem with activating the app SIM card. I have an I pad pro so it supports SIM cards. I went to an Etisalat outlet to buy a SIM for the app I pad and the man said it would activate within 2 hours but it’s been already a day and it’s still not activated. I checked on google what to do when it does not activate and it said to download the Etisalat app and there will be a button stating “activate your eSIM” but it clearly doesn’t. I went on the app and it’s just a shop. I’m am really confused. I am in need of assistance.

Poor Service and Inefficient

First off twice now I went to sleep with multiple gb’s of data. Woke up to a notification saying the app data as out despite having cellular data turned off for everything on the app phone at night, and not using it as I was sleeping.
Second, recharge functions don’t work. Didn’t work on the site either, they just say “Something is wrong on our end, we’re looking into it. In the meantime, try again.”
I had to go to the store and get the app own recharge voucher and then use it.
Conclusions: Either the data tracker on the app is grossly inaccurate, or this company is wipes out your data before you use it for more money.
