No Answer To Email

I loved the free version so I bought the Pro version. My files from free did not transfer to Pro. I emailed support twice but never got an answer. So now I have to use both the free version and Pro. Otherwise I love the app. Easy to use but the customer service needs to improve. Please answer my email and tell me how to combine Free with Pro version.
It works well about 2/3 of the time.

It works well about 2/3 of the time. I did have to buy the pro version, because the ads prevented me from using the video. I don’t mind because the cost is low, but it would have been nice to be able to preview it working first instead of taking a gamble. I would like to have a more certain way of activating the the app than just pressing down on the zip file for a long time. Overall, I am grateful for this app, because it lets me download my class videos when I am doing class work instead of having to wait and go to the computer to and then transfer the unzipped video to the iPad.

This is so perfect, you don't have to know how to do anything it just works. I can't believe how well it works but I also wish it would stop nagging me for reviews. If they stop completely after writing this I'll come back and rated five star. As far as using the app, there's nothing to say except it couldn't be better. Install it. Download a zip file, the app zip tool automatically launches, asks if you would like to open the file. (Say yes). You only have to tell it once where you want to keep such things; Dropbox, iCloud, google whatever. That's it. Open the folder and play with your items.
No select all option??? Really??

I want to select all the files in a Dropbox directory so I can zip them. There is no SELECT ALL option, so I have to select each file separately- several hundred. But after selecting 30 or 40 files an pop-up ad will pop up on my PAID version. When I close the pop-up ad, the files I selected are unselected. I can never get all of the fils selected before an ad pops up and deselect them. I am either missing something or this is the stupidest design in the history of file selection. Please tell me I'm missing something. I will either downgrade this rating to a 1 star or up to a 4 start depending on the response.
