Download and install the Simply North app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Simply North on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Simply North"
- The search will reveal the Simply North app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Simply North is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Simply North.
- Now enjoy Simply North on PC.

To get Simply North on Windows 11, check if there's a native Simply North Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Simply North:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Simply North" » Click "Install" to install Simply North
- Simply North will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Love The App

I've had this app for quite some time & love it. I keep a log & need to record my latitude & longitude. A simple touch of the latitude & longitude on the app & it copies it to the clipboard so I can paste it into my word processor. Unfortunately since I recently updated both my iPhone6 & my iPad Air to the new IOS 10.0.2, the app just crashes when I touch the latitude & longitude. Now I must write it down on paper & type it into my word processor.

This app is simple to use and it works great on my iPhone 6s Plus. I have not experienced any crashes or issues. I am running iOS 11, the latest version at the time of this review.
The app shows the latitude and longitude. I can choose between true north or magnetic north.
A good utility app to have in my pocket. No ads and no bloatware. Thank you!

I saw that screenshot of the iPhone compass, and wanted something like it for my iPad. I nearly gave up until I saw this - clean, simple, and with a quality look of precision. I also like that you can change it to either white or black. I does all I need it to do, and does it beautifully. Thanks to the developer - what a gift.

WORKS GREAT! ... despite the negative feedback because they can't read directions

The developer clearly states that this app will not work on an iPod touch. It's too bad that the individuals leaving negative feedback can't bother to send the developer an email. Instead, they leave negative feedback because they can't read directions.
