Added on December 12th: Once again, it helped my Taxi Driver to find exact location of my hotel in Mumbai and dropped me exactly to gate of the hotel. But it still have the old ways on the maps which don't exist anymore. Frequent update of maps required. Added on September 20th: Finally, Update is here. Downloading right now. Due to google search integrated, this app has no comparison at all. Go get it without any second thought. As I have been writing in past also, its a great GPS, particularly looking at Indian streets and confusing roads. But it has been long when there is no update. Need an update now.. Regards

This update saved my life!!! As I had commented earlier that this app is not able to run on my iPhone 4, well that problem has completely gone away and now it's as smooth as it always has been (actually better than earlier)!! I'm loving the new interface and as usual, the maps, the guides and everything about this app is awesome!! Thank God my favourite travel app is back again!!! Thank you so soo soooo much!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for an app that provides turn by turn navigation in India, then please don't look any further... This is better than any other app on the App Store and best of all, ITS COMPLETELY FREE!!
Nav free gps is just like Garmin or Tomtom

This is an incredible app, Navfree GPS Live India works just like Tom tom and is absolutely free to download ,works like a magic on iPhone 4 on indian roads giving turn by turn directions. I tested in Bangalore, it may not navigate to your doorstep but it'll get you there. It doesn't work well on iPhone 3GS as I think 3gs doesn't have gps module in it or may be Assisted gps is not as effective as iPhone 4.
Interface looks clean & really well done

The interface looks nice & clean. However, in Bangalore, it keeps showing "poor GPS" on top left screen & doesn't do much. The interface features look nice & it'd be nice if I could see them work. Google search for addresses work & then you can navigate from / to that location, set it as home, include it in a route, search POI's etc. There's day/night mode too ! If only I could see it working :-) . So, I don't know yet if it works. I've tried it on Airtel's fast GPRS. Yet to try over wifi, however that's not something available to us when driving, so not much point there.
