Download and install the CHMate+ app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using CHMate+ on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CHMate+"
- The search will reveal the CHMate+ app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once CHMate+ is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CHMate+.
- Now enjoy CHMate+ on PC.
- Using CHMate+ on Mac OS:

To get CHMate+ on Windows 11, check if there's a native CHMate+ Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing CHMate+:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "CHMate+" » Click "Install" to install CHMate+
- CHMate+ will now be available on your windows start-menu.

A superb reader for chm & ePub ebooks

this app Premium is the best chm e-book reader at App Store. It allows you not only to highlight but also to annotate a particular portion of texts that may interest you. Also, it allows you to import e-books from iCloud & Dropbox or Desktop web browser. Moreover, it allows you to organize your e-books based on collections. Although it is quite versatile, it is quite easy & smooth to use it. I highly recommend it.

Several years ago, I suggested that the developers should have added highlighting & annotation ability in this app. Surprisingly, they did listen, and added these features in a short time. Ever since, I've been comfortable with using this app Premium! In a word, this app Premium is the best CHM e-book reader on the iOS platform.

Good CHM reader

I tried the lite version of this app, along with several others, before purchasing this one.
The "quick jump" feature is very helpfully when scrolling through a large page; the ability to browse the entire photo gallery for a page is really nice, esp. when reading textbooks with figures that need referencing. However the best feature of this app is its ability to alter the text formatting within the app - this allows me to set the text so that it is easily read - I never have to scroll from right to left to read an entire line or squint to make out the text. These features make reading CHM files enjoyable.
I gave this app only 4 stars because it is missing 2 very important features:
1. The ability to perform a text search on an entire document. It can search a single page or the TOC well - but if you're looking for a term that isn't in the currently loaded page, you're out of luck until you load it. There is only one CHM reader in the app store, to my knowledge, that has this feature (CHM+). I currently use CHM+ as my default reader for this reason.
2. The ability to organize my files into folders.
