Hello, I preordered this app, and when I first opened it, it had small bugs here and there but it was overall a really good app. As time passed it kept updating and getting better and better. I used to be able to use all of the effects and filters but now I have to pay and get a subscription. I just think it’s unfair, it was a good app but now only 2 out of the 38 filters are available without the subscription. And only 2 out of the 8 effects are available as well. This was one of my favorite apps, and I’m very disappointed that it turned out like this. At least, if people don’t have the subscription they should be able to use more than two filters/effects.

It’s a good editing app but, I have a few notes: 1. Constant Crashes It’s a great app to edit photos; however, when I’m in the zone of editing a picture and is looking great, I hit one of the fixes features and it crashes and deletes the work that I did meaning, I’d have to start over. 2. Paying For Editing? I get that most apps have a “Premium” feature that you can edit the better, blah blah blah, whatever. But, when you’re going to edit a the app, you can only use 2 filters, 2 fixes, 2 light leaks etc and the rest you need to pay for them. I don’t think it’s fair that you have to pay for every editing feature when it’s supposed to be a FREE editing app. Regardless of the fact that it’s “Premium”. Not all of the editing features should be preserved for the “Premium” feature. 3. My Phone Has Been Acting Weird Ever Since The Download Of This App It’s constantly freezes and does things on its own, enters apps, changes things, etc and all of them alone.. My point is, this is a wonderful app for editing but, you should fix a few things. Thank you

Note to everyone: it’s 10$ a YEAR. Not 10$ month. Which isn’t terrible...but I see that a lot of your users are upset about this whole premium update. I would be too. It’s not really a free app anymore if only 2 of each effects are free. Your app is hardly an app without paying. I KNOW is 89 cent a month but when you’ve been using it for a while with everything free, and then all of a sudden you have to pay, it’s kind of betraying. I am also disappointed seeing you tell your older customers to try the free trial and “have the opportunity to experience the full potential of the app” when they already have! It does not make sense. And then you haven’t told them why you made it premium. Just robotic responses. Shame shame.
