Connection errors

Been playing for a while was getting a connection error here and there but nothing even close to how bad it’s gotten now. Today connection errors is an understatement it’s almost unplayable period now. Not only do I get the errors every single game now it also depletes my coins as well even though I’m in the midst of a game it will take coins. This is unacceptable for me as I have purchased coins to play this junk that’s now stealing my coins due to their errors. I once again contacted support but isn’t holding out on hope hearing back from them as they has never addressed one single issue much less reimburse the coins I’ve lost whom obviously don’t even care about players that spend money supporting the app so at this point it doesn’t matter if they once again ignore me I’ll just put this game where I see fit and that’s the trash I have had it trying to tolerate such nonchalant supporters that won’t fix nothing or address issues I’m sure they are aware of but don’t care. And save the stupid ads asking to purchase more coins you will not collect anymore of my money on this junk that’s now headed towards the trash unless it gets fixed and the developers learn how to treat people that support their game.
Two different coin values

My problem is I have the app on my phone but I am on totally different levels. someone invited me to play on messenger. When I play on messenger my coins are up pretty high and then when I play on the app it doesn’t match my coin value unit. In other words, the two are not connected and I don’t understand why the coin amounts do not match since they are both logged in on Facebook. Also, my FB friends are different on each one?? Can you please mesh the two like all other FB games?

It is a VERY fun and ADDICTIVE game, but my problem is I will have a certain amount of coins when I exit out of the app, then when I come back on the app half of those are gone!! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND REFUNDED! Also, it’s really annoying that there is no “kick out the game” option on those players who let the timer run out constantly due to not paying attention or being in the game. It isn’t fair to us because it waste time on the time clock and also takes FOREVER. FIX THIS PLEASE!!

I am the same kind of but it’s good I like it it’s a good game and you can make new friends but you can loose friends like me I didn’t have a friend but when I played someone made me loose a tern the person laughed at me and said haha and I thought it was really not nice and I got really really mad 😡 and I got of the game and I didn’t play it for a like long Time and like 3 months and I just almost deleted the game but I gave it one more chance and ya yo no on talk to me on this game I AM WARNING YOU.
