Download and install the C'Me - voice and video Calls app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using C'Me on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "C'Me"
- The search will reveal the C'Me - voice and video Calls app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once C'Me is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including C'Me.

Unbelievable poor performance..

poor design and support. I should be able to use this app without giving it access to my contact list. It doesn’t save contacts when i add new contacts. I have to go through hoops to contact a person. I don’t even know how anyone can release such a product!

I was unable to get a connection with anyone in the UAE from outside the UAE. Both ends with good internet access. The app itself seems to be okay if you are willing to give access to your phone book and what else they hide in the small print. Would not recommend.

Disconnects call

I paid 100 dirhams to Etisalat to get video and VoIP and the connection is worse than when I am using Skype in the middle of the sea. If you like to get cheated on by UAE telecom operators then download this app otherwise save your hard-earned money and use VPN to Skype.
