Download and install the CONNECT - CrewLounge AERO app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using CONNECT on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CONNECT"
The search will reveal the CONNECT - CrewLounge AERO app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CONNECT is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CONNECT.
Now enjoy CONNECT on PC.

How to download and use CONNECT App on Windows 11

To get CONNECT on Windows 11, check if there's a native CONNECT Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing CONNECT:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "CONNECT" » Click "Install" to install CONNECT - CrewLounge AERO
- CONNECT - CrewLounge AERO will now be available on your windows start-menu.

The new version of this app is very difficult, it never can download my new schedule right away, it always has some kind of trouble finding it in my company login and doesn’t even download it’ll just sit on the downloading page forever. My internet is connected everything is connected I can never just easily download my schedule like the last one. This one has a lot more cooler add on through the app but just downloading my schedule every time it changes is what makes it so difficult! Please do something to fix this, I loved using the old app and I’m having a hard time liking this one!

I have an issue with accessing my crew website through the apps, due to extra password that my company provided. Sent an email to C.Connet, with the fast respond, they update the apps and fix my problem. Thank you

Amazing it is very nice easy and perfect I wish all crew use it I hope to fx the issue I told you about the notification can you do it Ex. If they change any duty in my roster. Should notify us With out opening the app Her in this app we can’t see any Change if we don’t Open the app and refresh it again ,other app they have this function it with shows in the screen that you have roster Change ROSTER IMPORT have this function Thanks again. Takes about 25 minutes to download the roster, support takes two weeks to reply. I am trying to cancel my subscription.
