Download and install the DailyNinja app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

The search will reveal the DailyNinja app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Extremely bad delivery and customer service

This app is useless. They very diligently deduct the service fee of Rs80 every month, however fail to deliver the ordered products. Milk is never delivered on time and customer service is pathetic. No courtesy when speaking to paying customers and no clear answer about the timelines of delivery.

If you have kids, you better don't go with this app. They are not delivering correct products. And we have to call them many times to give us the right product.

1/5 orders were not being delivered!! I had to follow up for a week to get refund on the same !! Recently I moved to US and asked to refund my wallet money back and it’s been three weeks of daily reminder and still no response !! Please don’t be in business if you don’t know how to treat your customer!!

Mobile app has vital bug, your mobile app shows order that does not match with their delivery sheet, delivery boys are rude don't want to refer mobile phone, their delivery sheet is final. No refund, order placed not delivered for 3 days made 5-6 calls some guy named pratap responded but in vain. Chased for 2 days to get product. Order alfonso mango 2 kg, received baganpalli 4 pc. Not recommended, company looks like a garage startup with no or minimum operation setup.
