What is Domyos E Connected? The Domyos E Connected app is a free fitness application designed to help athletes achieve their fitness goals. It offers various types of exercises, including free and guided sessions, and allows users to create their own interval sessions. The app also provides performance tracking and allows users to sync with other fitness services.
1. On a regular basis, you will be asked to choose a goal to reach, whether it is a time, a distance to cover or calories to burn.
2. - Guided sessions to reach your goals according to the different categories available.
3. To do this, select a warm-up, then program the duration of each action and rest phase as well as the repetitions that will constitute your session.
4. Link your accounts with Polar Flow, Fitbit, Garmin Health, Coros, Suunto via the application settings.
5. The creation of this session is based on the principle of alternating intense and moderate efforts.
6. Because we want to accompany every athlete during their training, we have created the Domyos E Connected application.

- Features of the hardware suddenly start crashing when using the app
- Guided sessions on iPad Pro no longer communicate properly with the device and the machine
- Does not allow to reduce resistance in bike
- Takes control of all features from the bike but is very slow/inconsistent in controlling these features from the app
- App stops in middle if you try to use any other app in your phone while using this app
- Would be better if the bike connects with some other off the shelf and more popular apps rather than a homegrown one.
